The Maxwell Quartet is delighted to have collaborated with Snape Maltings this year for a special project exploring the acoustic properties of the famous Maltings Hall, a place of great importance to Benjamin Britten throughout his compositional career. In March 2017 the quartet was invited for a chamber music residency at Aldeburgh, which featured performances at the Jubilee Hall in addition to this exciting new project.
